Weird filter

when im in game there is a filter like the trevor rage thing over my screen and idk why it there, restarted the game and it the same

Yeah ive noticed this happening at night. Not sure if in the day too and it just looks night but i see the filter too.

this is just the event weather.... honestly i was over it once. i legit cant see to drive at night. im already vision impaired this aint helping

Some of the pumpkins you pick up give you a sort of fuzzy view for a minute like when you drink at the bar

Accessibility features don't matter to Rockstar. The least they could do is give people the option to turn it all off, but nope. Only thing that matters to Rockstar is dollars and cents.
