Criminal Mastermind is an achievement, the pack is Criminal Enterprises Starter pack. But yea, the Banshee is free with the CES pack. The new one is just a newer model, based on a later real life Dodge Viper car, like all those Bravado Buffalo models, that are modeled after various versions of Dodge Charger.
