Rockstar Games Launcher stopped opening after an NVIDIA driver update

I've already deleted the Rockstar Games folder in Documents and ProgramData, I've run it as administrator and in Windows 8 mode, I've cleared the DNS cache, but it still won't open. Maybe it's a problem with this new version 566.14 of the GeForce GTX 1650 driver. The NVIDIA control panel also made a change. Anyone experiencing the same problem and if it was resolved, how did you resolve it?

Driver 566.14 have many problems with older cards just download and install previous driver on the nvidia page
