Network download installation cuts out, causes installation to take forever despite excellent hardware and wifi.

The disc writing is doing fine, but the network download rate is getting interrupted meaning 0bps is downloading. If I cannot get this resolved, the game is going to take literally days to install.

I've already tried deleting the download cache, I've already tried changing the download region, I've already tried disconnecting the wifi router and reconnecting, and I've already tried many restarts, decluttering softwares etc.

Why exactly does the network download process keep getting perpetually interrupted when all signs point to a smooth download process (hypothetically)?

Maybe call support to ask what is going on with the wifi connection? Possibly a service outage?

Internet connection is sound and can easily play HD youtube videos.
