Idk, i tend to side with the comment section on this one. Just a clickbait article.

As far as the ufo, at the top of a mountain, during a thunderstorm - that does lead somewhere.

The door beside the mural, is a unique asset... When we finally got the jetpack, we do indeed exit through the top of a mountain (possibly chiliad?)...

Unfinished/cut content, possibly to have been finished in story dlc, seems more likely.
