Rockstar Game Launcher

I can access and play both GTA V Online and Red Dead Redemption 2 before I change my ISP, now since I change to the new ISP I can't access both games because the Rockstar Game Launcher can't connect.

The first issue was stuck at "Connecting to Rockstar Game Services"
I think it was fixed by renaming the Rockstar Games folder in the Documents because now I can enter the email and password where before that it stays at "Connecting to Rockstar Game Services" forever.

After that now I'm facing another issue "We could not create a sign in token" and this one IDK how to fix it.
I've tried to disable Windows Defender Firewall but it still exists.

I don't want to play using VPN, I'll get high latency from using VPN even paid VPN like the one I'm using right now Bitdefender VPN. I only use it for browsing, not gaming.
And I'm using Bitdefender as my anti virus.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hey OP,
I did a few searches here and on Goggle, and it does not appear that the issue is with you, but is a R* server issue. Here is what came up ... as you can see how many where left unanswered, that tells me that it may not be any thing you can fix. You may have to just wait on R* for this one, it does appear to be a common issue but I did not see anything that even vaguely resembled a solution.
