how to unlock new story dlc. I just started playing gta v story and online first time

Do i need to complete story mode first to access or some past online heist.

Well to meet up with Franklin in GTA Online you'll either need to spend a bit over $2m to buy the new Agency property or, probably ideal for your case, try to meet up with or make a new friend who has that who can take you along on some of the activities (and thus is free).

Not trying to be a Party Pooper or type any spoilers ...
But trust me, if you play the little bit of Story Content that was recently added BEFORE getting into the Story of the game ... you'll get nothing out of it, ZERO, won't make as much sense as if you played at least enough Story Mode to establish the Characters and their roles. If you finish the Story Mode and THEN play the VERY LITTLE BIT of Story mode content recently added ... that's when you will get the full effect.

Yes I agree with you DEAD Meat. I'm trying to figure out figure out and there are lost of other missions too in online mode

Not knowing anything about you as a person, I will take your reply as evidence that you are a thoughtful and well meaning Player. And this is how I have lasted so long in this Toxic Game ... Buy being selective as to who and where I play. There are many, many good Groups and Crews out there, most ready and willing to play with Legit People just starting out in such a massive complex multi faceted game with so many ways to Play. Think about joining one (check out the pinned Thread about Crews and members) It will change this Game from a piece of living Hell ... into a slice of Heaven. (well something like that). Hook up with a good group of Player's and you can turn what might take a thousand hours and a year into hundreds of hours an a month or two.
Why not work on your STEAM Profile a little bit ??
Even the simplest little bit goes a long way. Why not at least pick a Country (so player's can know your language / languages and maybe what times your likely to be on) There's no need to go into details or specifics ... you could just type the word HELLO, along with a Country Flag. Why not ??

Well, I don't know if it important to fill details in profile. I really have no friends to show my games, my achievement or anything else. I'll fill some details. As you said I also wanted to make friends and crews so i can trust them more and have fun as i have no real life friends who play this game. I may find in future but then it will be worthless since this game is 8 year old and another gta game will be released soon. I always wanted to play this game from 2013. back then i have intel laptop so i was able to play only classic gta games. now i just completed some lamer's mission trying to get familiar with the game.
