Can't Talk To Miguel Madrazo.

So i wanted to start the cayo perico heist for the first time
but when i go to the music lockup in order to talk to Miguel it does not trigger the cut scene i own the penthouse and the VIP membership BTW
help Please.

Did you approach vip area? Maybe restart game/be in invite only session. You didn't have to buy penthouse BTW.

yeah i know i have the penthouse since the diamond casino update
i tried the invite only session and yes i approach the vip area but nothing it does not start the cut scene.

And you see Miguel sitting there with his mom and others? Maybe you already did it? Check if you can just buy kosatka. Ofc possible they iintroduced new bug as well.

That is the point i want to buy the submarine that's why i need to talk to him and yes he is just sitting with his mom and the others when i approach the guard should stop me as i saw in the youtube but mine is just letting me move in free and no cut scenes

Yeah but maybe you somehow already "watched" it, you sure kosatka's purchase is unavailable? You could try renaming "rockstar games" folder in documents to something else (quit game before that) to clear local cache.

yeah i am sure it is locked i did not watch the cut scene in my gameplay only youtube i will try renaming the folder

i renamed the folder and still the same problem.

Thanks for your help i discovered the solution
i just need to go to the map and then hover to H icon with palm which represents the heist
then press space it is said Contact and he will send the message again finally thanks for your help man really appreciated .

Thanks man, i could not find this anywhere and didn't know i had to go to that icon on the map to trigger the invite from Madrazo. No vip membership needed!
