GTA V is not starting

Says that it could not start the game and recommends to verify integrity of the files but all files are ok. I've already rebooted pc so how should i fix it?

have you tried to reinstall the game ?

same issue, not even reinstalling the game fix it, rockstar support have no idea on how to resolve this issue

is what im getting while loading and if i hit okay game closes.

this is some bull, was crashing almost everytime after starting, now i cant even get into the game.
thought they would of fixed it with this patch/update.

red dead 2 does the same thing after the last update, crashes while im in the middle of a bounty mission.
rockstar is not so great these days. also they need to get dedicated servers already. they have plenty of capital to do it im sure.

GTA 5 updated and now my rage hook launcher will not work, it gives me an error message 7002.1 saying to verify my game files.
when i do that it says 2 files are not verified and then steam updates but nothing is solved. I have a backup on my rage hook plugin to revert back to old version of Gta 5 for steam but it still gives me the same message . ANY Help Please??
