Grand Theft Auto V Is Offline [Error]

When i startup gta online i'm reciving an error from socialclub as follows:
"Sorry, Rockstargames is currently experiencing technical difficulties and online services have been temporarily disabled."
And
"Alter Rockstargames online services are unavailable right now, please return to grand theft auto v."

Never had this issue before.
Didn't change anything with the game, no mods, nothing.
Running the latest updated version.
Verified file integrity on steam, no problems found.
According to rockstars status page, all services are functional.

How do i solve this?

Already tried that, didn't help :/

This is one reason why nobody should purchase any future Rockstar titles.

If the internet or their servers go down for ANY reason, you are unable to play the game you purchased (despite the fact that you've already verified the purchase hundreds of times)

Social Club is among the most anti-consumer DRM ever to grace the gaming industry.

if i may add, trying to play at this moment yeah and it just stays on one loading screen panel, the background disappeared and is black lol - it's like not loading

I agree with that.
This isn't a rockstar only problem, it's the same with ubisoft, EA, microsoft, and so on.
For me personaly purchasing GTA 6 depends on one major factor, will it use anticheat software or not. If it does will it be kernel level anticheat that always runs on your computer or will it be a non kernel level anticheat that only runs while playing the game, because there is zero reason for an anticheat like, spoiler: epic game's easyanticheat that runs on your computer ALL THE TIME and does god know what, collect all kinds of sensitive information.
I believe that anticheat always running on our machines even when the game isn't even running, should by far be the biggest concern for gamers.
It's not just a privacy nightmare but also security.
But i certainly agree that rockstar and many others behave very anti consumer which must result in a complete boycott of all their products.

Its not. Played for one hour, and had same issue .
Best ways to save :
-Swap parachute
-Swap clothes
-Alt + F4 / Escape

I had this today. I had to use Rockstar's launcher rather than launching it from Steam to fix it.

Hey, I’ve had this issue before too. Sometimes, even if Rockstar's status page shows all services are functional, there can be regional server issues or temporary downtimes that aren’t immediately reflected. A couple of things you can try:

Restart your router to refresh your connection.
Make sure your firewall or antivirus isn’t blocking the game.
Try launching the game as an administrator.

If none of that works, it might be worth waiting it out for a bit. Server issues usually get resolved within a few hours. Also, while you're waiting, you could check out GTA 5 PPSSPP [android4game.com] on mobile if you're looking for a way to play GTA 5 on the go. It’s not the same as the full game but still pretty fun.

Haven't restarted my router yet.
My security software isn't blocking any connections required to play gta online.
I can't launch the game as admin, if i try that there's an error telling me to launch through social club instead.

I wonder how long it will take for the issue to go away, i just can't access gta online..
