I cant job warp in mission

so with the new job warp patch you cant warp with jobs on the map but you can in pause>online>jobs>then select the job you want to warp to but i cant open the job menu when in missions is there a way to open the jobs menu so i can warp? (btw the image is what it says when i try to go in the job menu, also when i go out of the job it lets me warp so its not that I'm a CEO or mc president.)

it was fixed during chop shop dlc if i remember correctly
R* want to promote the teleportation stuff as feature of their stupid gta+ and the irony is it isn't available on pc platform

the method changed so simply google on youtube
looks like too many people used it to teleport their mission objectives quickly to finish these cayo prebs even faster
