Spray Cans?

Anyone else having trouble finding spray cans? Or the posters to tag? Do the can dis-appear once you find them or can you find them again on another day at same location??
"Corporate Posters" seems vague...any help please

i cant find them either...and i was hoping it would be like in gta sa---you change your weapons...and then you see your spray can
