I didn't receive my criminal enterprises pack and its been 11 months since I purchased the game

So me and my friend were playing GTA Online yesterday and I saw that he had a bundle of cars, i asked him where did he got it, and he said "the Criminal Enterprises Pack didn't you receive one too?" and I checked the DLC it said its installed but when I try to go to the criminal enterprises section on GTA Online it says "Purchase"

Please help me, I really need the cars and money included there

Wait longer - can take up to 72 (or even more) hours to arrive -
or talk to R* - if you've surpassed that time 'since' you first went online.

Yes you have to Purchase but it's for free,also the cars are for free but ou also have to Purchase them.

It's not a title to show in your library, it's DLC. If the store page says it's in your Library, you have it already. Another way to verify is go to GTA V in your Steam Library, then under the big green Play button, you should see the store and DLC tabs. Go to the DLC tab and you should see the Criminal Enterprise Start Pack there with the blue "In Library" banner in the upper left corner.

Try this in online:
Bring up your phone and open the internet. Go to Luxury Motors website. Go to 2 Doors category and sort by price low to high. How much does it cost you to buy the Turismo R?
