Mission: Franklin and Lamar won't start properly

[Sir Gigachad of Thundercock]

So I started a new game on a fresh install, no mods or anything, and after finishing the prologue and the cutscene with Michael and the Shrink, the mission "Franklin and Lamar" begins, but once I get into the cars nothing happens, I can't drive and the mission won't continue.

If I steal a car from a random person, I can drive those (Ofcourse the mission fails when the police gets alerted).

I verified game files and it didn't help.

That's weird.... Try this mission without internet and with autosave disabled.

sounds like the usual mod issues
i hope you have manually removed all mod files from the game folder because steam won't remove them if you just used its uninstall feature

It didn't work, I just gave up and uninstalled the game. Thanks everyone for trying to help though!
