Rockstar servers down?

Can't connect to GTA Online, says Rockstar servers are not responding? Checked online, and can't find anything that indicates that would be the case?

West Coast.

East coast. Logged in fine. Could just be flaky after the issues/outages today. /shrug

Not to ignore the other typical/residual issues some may experience - like dns, or file corruption in the my docs / rockstar games / sub folders -- which is easily tested/ruled out. Of course, some people go into literal withdrawal/sweats if they can't play. Then- who knows what/if they did in attempts to fix it. There is also the standard power modem/router off 5-10 minutes.

Or, wait and see. Since release, we've had a couple of these a year. We lived.

edit - at time of this post, there was like 83k 'ingame' on steam. Now up to 132k.

I can not start the game too. It keeps saying download failed! But there is no download. And i can not find START. I have tried everyting in my power to make it work. So falt is not with me. It is with rockstar i think.
