GTA5 Character creation

Hey guys is there a way for a character creation in GTA5 story mode online? Or is there no way to change from male to female? Also do we have to do all missions ? and can we dismiss missions we think are hard and dont want to do them.

That's GTA Online for. You can create a custom character for your multiplayer experience. The three Story Mode characters can only be limitedly customised (clothes, haircuts, tattoos), no other editation possible, you'll always be playing as Franklin, Michael and Trevor. There's no Francisca, Michaela, or Trudy in the game. If you plan on playing Online, be ready for a hell in public sessions, play in private sessions rather. Be warned.
