But they all should have discounts depending on how much progress you have with Vincent missions. The first of his missions is for unlocking all the cop cars, then as you progress further, various cars should have a discount unlocked, I think. So yea, the unmarked cruiser may have a discount, but eventually all the cars will have at some point, choose from what you like visually (or do a study, gta wiki works wonders), not what is the cheapest right now. Making money isn't that hard anymore (there's a lot of options now) and it's not like R* is going to take these cars down from Warstock anytime soon, will they? I'm not sure there was ever a vehicle removed from that site. Other? Yes, but not Warstock. So go make some money and when you have enough for what you're looking for, buy it.
