If you are solo you won't get risk bonus for sales.

You get the full ammount minus the "owner's" fee (10% cut for Tony, Agent 14, Lester or whoever manages your sell missions for that business). You just don't get the bonus for every player in the session, that only works for public. And yes, it's not worth it. Be in IO, or friends session and sell your stuff like there's no tomorrow, you're getting full experience anyway.

No. IMO, they give more than public lobbies do. This is because in a private lobby, you can actually complete your delivery instead of having a modder or griefer destroy your product or mess with your game and interfere with your delivery..

Yes. R* fixed this a couple years ago and I haven't bothered much with public lobbies since..

When you figure you have roughly a 35% chance of having a delivery disrupted in the middle of a public lobby, the 110% pay doesn't seem all that lucrative. IMO, 100% is better than taking that risk for an extra 10%.. especially when 2 out of 3 times you're likely to not complete the delivery in the first place..

So what are the current differences in activities/payouts in full online vs private right now?

events that fire randomly for PvP battles and such do not spawn when only 1 or 2 people are present, though not always for some events? needs more research, but generally everything is present except those events unless you have like 3 or 4 buddies to play with
for some yes;....and other no.... b c you are "competing' with other players...so if you are BOLD enuf to 'compete'....the LONG run you may get a 'specail bonus'..........................

As far as I know, only business battles do need 3 and more people. Everything else pretty much triggers for a solo player, or two people in a private session.

One good example is to anyone with Bunker business and most annoying sale missions because if you are alone and there are no* partners...anything more than $400k will have to be sold by 3-5 deliver vehicles in 30-40 minutes. I just did one with 13 minutes left to deliver 4 Insurgent pickups.

The only thing you'll be missing is bonuses money for not completing with rival players unless you are playing with friends and each one are minding their own business then bonus might be accepted.

even better!
What rs (need) to do is give the players a CHOICE for all mission private or public...so other players WONT DESTROY YOU <CAR BLOW UP> (MODER TELEPORT YOU some where Else IN the map to RUIN your mission....)

You get the idea.....
