Simeon car's list?

So since I started online 3 days ago, I never received Simeon texts for cars. I'm asking the question now because I was running away from cops, grabbed a car and a message popped saying Simeon wants this car but doesn't want to have the police etc. No lspd left, I went to the yellow marker, which was close to the place with the merryweather boat in story mode. Dropped it and got 1 million. I'm shocked but now I am asking why I never got texts....thanks

Dropping a car at a yellow marker is not a Simeon's Export list for sure. You have to evade wanted level with two stars and then take that car to LSC, respray it and take it to the docks to Simeon's garage marked with a yellow S, but there's no marker in the actual world, you drive it to a garage and the door automatically opens when you're close enough. That's how you deliver a car from Simeon's list. As has been said, those pay max around 20K, if you deliver it undamaged, definitely not 1mil.

Simeon's drop offs are NEAR the other export area, like OP stated.. and the marker is marked with an "S" (though I think it's white, not yellow).. in any case, if you let the garage open completely, there should be a yellow waypoint marker just inside that you need to drive into to complete the mission.. there's always a waypoint marker.. that's how the game determines triggers..

I was talking about the S on the map, or did you somehow miss it? But no, there isn't a yellow marker in the game world, when the garage door opens, you just drive past an invisible trigger and a cutscene of you exiting the car plays. I've been shipping a lot of Simeon's cars to notice if there is a yellow marker in the garage and there really isn't. If there wasn't a cutscene, then sure, would make sense, but once you drive into the garage past a certain pont the cutscene takes over.

Near the other export area, you mean Brucie's Exotic Export (in collaboration with Sessanta, you check the list in your Autoshop garage, then find cars either on the streets, or as blue dots and deliver them to the docks), with an actual yellow marker on the ground? Brucie's Exotic Export doesn't sound anything like "the Merryweather boat" as OP called it. Or was it something from Story Mode, because I don't bother with Story Mode anymore, so details of that stuff are blurry.
