GTA 5 (steam version) - Random Crash (Application stopped working - Error 0xc0000005)

firstly I would like to start with my PC specs (pretty brand new pc)

OS:Windows 10 Pro, 64bit
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster T240 (VGA-DVI) (going to replace it soon)
GPU: MSI GTX 980 Ti Sea Hawk 6GB
CPU: Intel i7 6700k 4.0ghz
RAM: Corsair 2x8gb 3000Mhz, CL15
SSD: Samsung 950 Pro 512GB (I have just one disk in whole PC which is this SSD)

PROBLEM?
GTA 5 crashes within 1-10 minutes in Story Mode (I have not played online yet)

I HAVE TRIED THESE FIXES - NOTHING HELPED
-(swap file paging) Changing Virtual Memory from Windows's recommended 2940 to 1024-1024, to 4000-6500, to 12000-16000
-Added Application Detection to NONE in RivaTuner. Did not solve, so I uninstalled the program
-Deleted cfg.dat and pc_settings.bin from profile of GTA 5
-Changing some number in HKEY for DirectX (renaming some number from 9 to 8, cant remember exactly what it was, it has been said that if I do not change this number, then I cannot reinstall DirectX) and redownloading DirectX and installing it again
-Disabling HPET in BIOS and then in OS
-Verifying GTA 5 files via/inside Steam by right clicking on the installed game
-Disabling/Uninstalling CCleaner/NOD32
-Changing GPU's drivers for older ones (tried 35x.xx and 36x.xx)
-Disabling all overclocks on my components
-Disabling X.M.P for RAMs, so they dont run on 3000Mhz as they should do, but on 2133 as Intel's CPUs support says
Note for XMP: When I had XMP enabled, GTA 5 crashed every time on loading screen into the game (not game menu), I disabled XMP and it allowed me to play the game something between 1-10 minutes until it crashed anyways.
-Reinstalling Windows 10 64bit 3 times (I did clean reinstallations via USB Flash Disk)
-Lowering/Increasing graphics inside the game, tried optimalization by NVIDIA GeForce Experience
-Exiting Razer Synapse app
-Tried to run GTA5 as admin but it is not possible as it is a Steam version and it says some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it....
-CCleaner is not active

My hardware seems OK!
-Swapping my RAMs inside my PC, doing MemTest86 under BIOS for 7 hours: Several passes, no errors
-Testing GPU in 3DMark FireStriker Extreme and Ultra - no problems
-Testing GPU in EVGA OC SCANNER for all tests - Memory Load/PhysX etc. - no problems
-Testing CPU in EVGA OC SCANNER - no problems
-Testing SSD in Samsung Magician
-Playing World of Warcraft on Full details (just resolution was 1920x1200 because my monitor sux) without any crashes/problems/artifacts/flashes
-Playing Starcraft 2 on Full details without any crashes etc.

Also there is some COM SURROGATE process up whenever the game crashes, I tried to find out what it is and if it is a problem, could not find definitive answer about that tho.
Secondly when I go to UEFI BIOS and I check my MOBO layout and the components on it, I cannot see samsung SSD on the screen, but other than that, it is visible everywhere else and it most probably works without any troubles as I tested it in OS via Samsung Magician.
Also I have heard of changing DirectX from 11 to 10.1, I have not tried that yet... because it is absurd to lower effect on such components...

I dont want to give up on it... but I feel enraged and frustrated that I am not able to solve this puzzle of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I seriously want to know if the problem is on my side or on Rockstar's side.

If you would like some additional full logs or whatever else, just let me know, I will provide... I just felt like it is not even needed when I told you all of my "FIXES" which did not solve this problem.

I hope there is some person who will tell me some other FIX to try out.

well i havnt experienced a game crash but i was 30 percent through story mode and have lost my save file.

Alright guys, I have good news!!!!
The fix for this and other games not hardware nor software.... kind of...

If you have tried all these fixes and nothing worked for you... then... DO YOU HAVE CPU with SKYLAKE technology? If yes, then the FIX IS to disable HYPER-THREADING in bios !!!!

It will solve more problems than just GTA 5 crash!

Just go into your UEFI BIOS and find it out there. It is quite hidden in there but the option to turn the HYPER THREADING is there!

What is Hyper-Threading? It gives you virtual cores for your CPU, for example, if you have i7 6700k CPU, then it has 4 physical cores and 4 virtual (hyper-threading) cores, so altogether 8 cores. However, you dont need to be worried about performance decrease, because even if you play GTA 5 on full details with MSAA/TXAA x10000, it will use up to 2 or 3 full cores, NO MORE! and the whole problem is, that Intel has a knows issue with skylake generation and their noobish hyper-threading is freaking buggy and they still have not made an update for BIOS which is scheduled in mid of 2016.
And on top of that, what I have read on several tech forums, Hyper-threading (even if it would work for you just fine) SLOWS DOWN the performance in games!!!! So it should be disabled!

For my 0xc0000005 Faulting Module: GTA5.exe -error the fix was to reset my BIOS/CMOS.
