First Person Iron Sights are Wrong

I've recently started using First Person and i've noticed that the first person aiming is off.

If I aim down a scope (The ones on Assault Rifles) or down regular Iron Sights the bullets will land higher than where I'm aiming. Noticeably higher. Making those sights useless. And yet if I zoom out into the first person aiming with the reticule, thats perfectly accurate.

Is this something that I can fix, or is it just something in the game that I never noticed before.

Max Shooting Skill. The iron sight is just completly off.

The bullets land consistently above where I aim.
