Black screen after 1st prologue mission.

Tittle. After i finish the first prologue mission, when it is nearly starting the cutscene with Michael at theraphist i get black screen and it freezes. I got a blue screen also. I put all the settings on low up to ultra and nothing happend same thing. Why i can't get past this? Any solution?

blue screen usually means hardware failure.
what does it say on the bluescreen?

Didn't really saw what it said. I restarded the game more than 10 times, i deleted the settings.xml file also and now after 10-15 mins of waiting with black screen it started the cutscene with Michael at theraphist but it freezes, lags, stutters and also the textures aren't loading. It looks horrible, please help. My PC meets the min req or even better but i only have 4GB ram....
