The speedometer said 120mp at top speed, but it drives terribly so i ended up getting rid of it.

The Windsor is a very bad car. It has no acceleration, handles like a brick and is nowhere in terms of top speed.

In Coupes class you're going to want the Zion, Felon or Exemplar. I will admit I do like the looks of the Windsor but that's the only reason you'd want one

The stats are good enough when comparing cars. Even if the numbers are not correct the relation between speeds and cars is true meaning that a faster car in stats will be faster ingame too. So it's true that V12 of both cars is the same and their stats are true but the Schafter is much more lighter and thus is easier to achieve better performance ingame.

No, the stats in-game are almost all false. For example, the stats in-game say the Jester has a higher top speed than the Massacro, which is simply not true. You should NEVER use the in-game stats to compare cars
