cannt buy garages and house in offline

hello i have problem with gta 5 offline i want to buy a new house or garage in dynasty 8 from phone in website but when i type this i cannt do anything because site donw. i found second site with houses "lenny every" i get direct in map i go this place but i cannt buy. can someyone help me ?

offline - in story mod.

You can't buy properties in single player mode, only on Online. The characters in single player mode already have a garage and one or more houses depending on where in the story progression you are.
