[GTA 5 Online] Is there a need to buy multiple apartments?

I bought just one because Lester said I would need it for heists, so I don't really see a need to buy others, since I'm not constantly roaming all over the map. Is there a real benefit to buying multiple properties?

There is one apartment that is nice to have for the " Pacific Standard " heist. Other than that, more garage space.

yes if you enjoy:
#1 free roam pvp and sometimes need a shelter or save zone
#2 need a new apartement with an actual heist room
#3 hoarding alot of cars in garages
#4 watching cartoons on overlarge tv screens
#5 if you get alot of lady visits and want to brag with classy flats :3

Yes, its recommended to have more than 1 apartment. A place in the city and a place in Paleto Bay of course!

I've got:
1. High End Apartment
2. Stilt House
3. Apartment for the Pacific Standard Heist
4. Plain 10 car garage w/ no apartment
5. House in Paleto Bay <3

hey you seem abit experienced. can you tell what the difference between all those stilt houses is ? also is there some difference in the "extended interior" expensive houses ? all those houses are kinda confusing x_X

For the stilt houses, I noticed 2 different interior changes. For example, in the one I have the stairway is off to the left and is narrow, where my friend's has the stairway to the right with more open space like a hallway. Also, the bathroom in my friend's house has a waterfall in it where mine doesn't. Mine was the $800,000 house the other one was around $1 Million.

Extended Interior? Like the customisable apartments? I think there's 5-6 different preset styles you can choose from. I found a youtube video that showcases all the styles, I'll link here soon. The customisable apartments cost around $900,000 to $1 Million and you have to pay each time you want to change the style, with the 1st style you get being free with the apartment purchase.

Also, for the stilt houses. The exterior/location helps to decide which one you want too like what kind of view you want. So drive around and look at all of them from the outside first.
