How to fix it : Download this files from here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5s7FkH80J3-aGxPejczVlBibnc/view . close your steam . copy and past the files that you download in your game file like that D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V . and open your steam and go to "Vérifier l'intégrité du cache du jeu" then click play
