Anti-modder mod? Anyone?

Clearly hackers and such are much better at programing than rockstar so I was wondering, is there a mod somewhere that makes it so you only join games without modders, and modders cannot join your games?

Yeah there is. There's one that boots cheaters from the lobby but the problem with that mod is people abuse it and use it to boot anyone from the lobby that owns them in PvP. Dead game to be honest....the population is dropping every day.

the downside is, i have already asked R* about it and they consider it an illegal mod even though it is more of an anti-cheating system. not aware of anyone getting caught using it though so take your chances if you want.

and they deserve to be banned because they ABUSE the mod. They don't just kick cheaters, they kick players that anally fist them in PvP.

well, i've given up on public and created a group of clean players i can play with in private sessions so none of this is an issue for me any more. My reply was answering OP's question.

Yeah my friends and I are tired of playing with cheaters so Hominin can you please add me to the group so I can later invite my CLEAN friends so we can play together. I got the game a few weeks ago and besides free 💲, these hackers and really getting on my nerves. Thanks. -Nvidia. I'd love to join in on clean players. Seems like I'll never get my AMR maxed out since every other person is using God Mode or they crash me for killing them. Same for getting any PvP related unlocks (I want free chrome rims for all wheel types). I've been with this game since day one with over 1,100 hours on my lvl 214 character (all clothes and performance upgrades and colors unlocked). I even held the world record for about a week on the prison race back on the Xbox 360. I've watched this game go from good to great to this modder crapfest we have now. Yeah, there are some good modders (thanks to them, I have every Pegasus vehicle and a $10M super yacht), but they are far and few between. Even they have been corrupted and don't fight fairly. It's a shame. I can't afford to use mods, because I was already banned once (wrongfully), then a second time (that one I was actually guilty of real hacking, not mods, lol). Otherwise I'd risk the mod that IDs and kicks modders mentioned above.

If only R* would go with VAC...

Unfortunately they can't. VAC is incompatible with peer to peer connections, which GTAV multiplayer is based upon.

I would use the "anti-modder mod" but I am not willing to risk getting banned. At the end of the day they can't do any permenant damage to you. 800+ hours in the game and they have never permenantly altered anything to the detriment of my character or anything I have.

I have free chromes unlocked for high end, tuners, and bikes. Modders are hindering fair fights in matchmaking, so whatever. 3 heist setups as a crewman will pretty much cover any chrome rims I want.
