you can call the limo for a couple of bucks as a vip. no need to waste a million on it

Did u really mean it ? !! ... i wanna buy hvy insurgent with that big gun :) ... but i think limo isnt that good as insurgent ..just my experience ... yes it is light maybe faster but too long .. :) ... so that is ... :)

You have to complete the Humane Labs heist before you can obtain the Insurgent
