I can't create a social club account

I bought GTA V and when I try to launch the game, it comes up with "Offline play is only available for accounts that have previously signed in on this machine while connected to the internet and while social club services are available. You have not previously signed in on this machine so offline play is not available". So I tried to create a social club account, but when I press 'Join Social Club', it comes up with a white page with blue writing, and none of the links work. Anyone know what this is about?

Have you played single player? it made me play single player before I could play online. or you could look it up on google gta 5 social club.

Try this link. It is the Social Club official link and you should be able to create an account there. It is possibly just the launcher failing to provide correct links or just failing to load the site. I had Social Club already so I personally did not get this problem, but try making an account on the link provided below and choosing sign in on the launcher.

That is not his problem. His problem is that his launcher is not allowing him to make an account.

It's not allowing me to play anything :( I've tried going through the official page, it's when I click the link to create an account, it goes all white with the blue writing.

I have the same issue, when I click create account on Social Point Link, nothing happens at all.

exactly the same here. I have been playing for a while and I have a Rockstar account already, but when I open it now it says the same thing "Offline play is only available for accounts that have previously signed in on this machine while connected to the internet and while social club services are available. You have not previously signed in on this machine so offline play is not available". Now I can play at all, and when I click on the link http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/ it just gives a white screen that times out. it never loads.
