you know how a cars have normal horn i notice that cop cars have normal horns is there away to honk the normal horn in a cop car like normal caras i can only use the cop horn is there away to honk the normal horn in a cop car if so what do i need to do? npcs can hon the normal car horn in a cop car but how do i do that

Turn off the siren and hold the action key to use normal horn.

without the siren off you can click and hold for the horn, with the siren on if you click and hold it'll do the second siren and if you click twice and hold on the second click you'll get another siren
