The three places I've found this to work are the mirror park train shunting yard by a train buffer.
On the east side of the mirror park rail yard between the post and the fence (as per screenshot).
And the last I found recently is the far opposite end from your nightclub office down the small flight of stairs and into the corner of the mini landing above the dance floor. As long as your feet have the room to walk you can go AFK.

it is a good way to trigger anolog stick drift but i guess you already have multiple controllers so use an old one
i used ahk for plushies in the arcade without any issues, maybe i was just lucky
Tough to do if you play with KB and Mouse.
As previously mentioned, just jam your walk button (mine happens to be mouse button 4 on the left side of my mouse) and walk into a corner like the corner of the small landing in your nightclub.
You can go afk for ages as long as the game recognises your legs are still walking.
I just realised the space bar = jump. Never thought of that, must give it a go, cheers.
What works for me is going for a swim, doesn't matter if in ocean or in a pool, as long as my character is in water, I can go take a bath or anything irl and when I get back she's still swimming in that same session with my friends, not public, so I'm sure the game didn't kick me out. I thought by now it would be a well known feature, but people seem to rely on methods like rubberbanding their joysticks, or putting objects on keys to weight them down. Really, just let your character swim for a while and go for a walk, make something to eat, take a shower, or ... whatever.
Did that to get the Oppressor MK2 to become my "favorite bike", which was the Oppressor MK1 before and I needed to do beat some 10+ hours of uninterrupted usage.
