It's kinda weird, even by GTA standards. If we assume that Jenette is at least 18, that means she would've been 7 during the events of GTAV, but Maude makes no mention of her. You might think it's not surprising, and it ain't. But the fact that she mentions wanting to find a husband, one would assume that she would want one mainly for her AND her little daughter.
The simple answer is that R* didn't plan on giving her a daughter for a future DLC. Even if they made Jenette to be Maude's NIECE, at least then it'd be more believable. Regardless, whoever Jenette's father was, he obviously didn't stick around. Could be a divorce, a separation, or maybe Jenette was simply the product of a one-night stand. Whichever way you slice it, Maude has her fancy mortician boyfriend and Jenette has us, as bounty-huntin' partners.

Jenette strikes me as a Trailer Park girl.. that's probably where davewalter got the Trevor vibe from.. and Lester was probably a guess because of her size.. but Maude's no featherweight either..
