Can't launch straight into storymode

A while back I changed the setting to load directly into online mode but now I want to load into story. Changing the setting under the saving menu hasn't made a difference. My game will load into story regardless of what that setting is set to now. Any suggestions? I've already tried re-installing the game.

right-click on GTA V in steam, properties - general tab, launch options - choose what you want.
