Yes. It's a removed car, but you can get it by buying it from another player via the LS Car Meet. So thats why i've made this post

IF you grind the Auto-shop delivery missions, you have roughly over 1/150% chance of getting it too spawn at your auto-shop every few hours, that's if you have two repair-bays.

not sure mate, its been a part of the game for a while now. but not a lot of people talk about it. this is how i can get acces to removed cars, so long as the seller has said vehicle
