Is it possible to buy the Dubsta 2?

i was trying for over 2-3 hours to spawn a Dubsta 2, (gold or Chrome), but i just couldnt find one, and im curious, if someone has it, and comes to LS car meet, can i actually buy it? and if yes, does someone has it?

It was available for purchase but only for once in Simeon shop .( year ago )
I tried with Agata Bakers car service to spawn one , with no dice .
Which one is the best method to find it solo ?
Start bunker delivery mission , wait for dune buggy delivery .( set delivery to the city )
After first drop 2 Dubstas will attack you , eliminate NPCs , take Dubsta 2 , wait for delivery to expire .
After that go to LS customs ( drive very slow ) from 08:00 - 14:00 , or LS customs near Eclipse tower from 07;00 - 18:00.
Also there is one more spawn place where you can try at midnight - LS Customs near police station where Lester organising heists .
Just make sure that you dont have any other vehicles like heli,planes ,personal vehicle , etc . when hunting that Dubsta 2.

For my entire time Im playing , I found few times blue sentinel , and 1 time Dubsta 2 at 20:00 .
Chances are very rare,but you can try it .

It's fine to have other vehicles. Actually fastest way is to park dubsta itself at LSC parking lot and then use mk2 to fly out/in of render range.

i spawn them in all the time using one from mrs baker. give em to anyone that doesnt hve em. google the way to do it and follow the instructions. its the easiest one to make spawn if you figure it out
