how can i equip stockings with any shoes? can i find a yt video or a tutorial? no transfer

Character swap transfer is the only way (with casting trailer) to achieve this legitimately.

Every other method got patched out. There are other less legit 'safe' ways...

Explicitly? Various external mod menus on the current official GTA Online patch. Externals on the current patch are 99.9% undetected and mainly edit minor stats or cosmetics. What they are though is on you to look into. I don't like endorsing them publicly.

The real ball busters are the people who still support and play this game regardless any wrong doing Rockstar does. They're why anything associated to Rockstar never improves. They're enabling Rockstar to do what they do best - take people's money and screw their community over in the process and laughing at them all the while they're doing it.
