Console to PC?

I know this is a old ass game but is there cross progression? is there a way I can get my console account to my pc account or do I just have to start all over again?

There is no cross play between any platform and PC. And thank your lucky stars for that. That means consoles aren't plagued with cheaters.

The migration tool they already developed would not contribute to cheaters on consoles, crossplay would but I have no interest in playing with MORE screaming kids.

Had 2k hours in gta online, not restarting, I find it baffling that R* refuses to take my money to play the game they are so desperately trying to sell over and over

I think I heard a way to CINTINUE your progress to pc..but when you START on pc..your progress will not (go back to console)
