Without an actual list of what was installed - who really knows. Slapping a pile of mods into a game and not testing between is a recipe for disaster. Toss in a side of... installation order, and what files get overwritten, or what conflicts... Can always rip it all out - and test each one individually, before you start stacking them.
Steam isn't the best place for gta5 storymode modding questions.

edit - seeing damageengine.asi with a 'pickups' mod. Or used to disable writhe. There is also a pinned note for it for another mot in regards to updated dlc - whether or not it is needed, or was even installed /who knows. Also not seeing damageengine.asi in it.
