I had 30 fps on lowest resolution+graphics

nah man it will lag like a lot , get at least 8 GB of RAM it will work or get 16 GB RAM which is better

well, i had gt 740 and 4gb of ram + amd athlon x4 cores ii 640 (thats processors name btw) and it ran on 30 fps so

Please explain..how you even INSTALL the game with 4 gb of ram....install should have FAILED

My hp came factory install 8gb of ram...I kicked it to 64 gb of ram...and do see a big improvement in game play plus with wi fi at 2gb...I ain't complaining either

this a troll post? Y'all know Winblows XP, 7 and 8.x aren't supported right? Doubtful the A9 plays well with Winblows11, so OP would have to be using 10. In any case, that's a couple of gigs dedicated to the system processes. You likely won't be able to start GTA in the first place, but I imagine that if you manage, it'll run so poorly you won't enjoy playing.

I seen games run at POOR performace....and other games run at (BETTER) PERFORMACE BC THE MIM REQ WERE lower than what the pc had

Req 2 mb of ram HAVE 1TB OF RAM

REQ 500 MB OF DISK SPACE HAVE more than 1 gig of disk space

Req cga color at 16 colors have HDMI HD COLOR at 256 mil colors....

The odds of this system having win 10/11 installed is slim , and even if it does,most will be eaten up by the os leaving the game nothing to run on.

It may start but playing will be a nightmare, lag, Sutter, crashes.
