Purchased houses aren't interactable and don't show up in map. [Resolved] Fix in the discussion

I purchased a House, it didn't show up. It shows up on the GPS, but I can't go in. Then I tried buying another house, exchanging the useless property and it has the same problem. im down 200k in in-game money and have nothing to show for it. How do I fix this, or can I get my money back?

They aren't re-sellable, you can only exchange one property for another. So no, you won't get your ingame money back unfortunately. But what rank are you? Properties should be usable from rank 5, I think. If you are a higher rank, then the issue might be something else.

They removed rank requirement with this update. So possible they've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ something up while at it.

I have the same issue and restarting game/steam deck has made no difference. not sure what the fix is.

Okay, im now lvl5, switched servers and it still didn't solve the issue. Im not buying another property, cause Im already out 200k. Plus, I've noticed the trolling only got worse over the years, so I think im just gonna go play something else. they really should have split pvp and pve. Not everyone is into getting constantly trolled by players with insane weapons.

Did you just create a new character? If so, did you choose to follow the tutorial?

I have reached lvl 5 and since you also have this problem I tried to purchase one more low end house, to see if the premature purchase was the problem, and it still didn't work. So I guess we've just been scammed by rockstar. the reason I ask if you clicked yes on the tutorial is that I've heard it said that it sometimes doesn't register you as having finished it, in which case you can't get a house......so.....TLDR. We're scammed unless Rockstar does something about it, which is not what they're known for.

I did that serveral times before going to the forum. That's the first thing you try when a game acts up.

I don't know about that. But I've seen people complain about the same issue in posts that are nearly 10 years old.

Im having the same problem it wouldnt show up too even for say when i got a free maze bank building it aint only some things do you have a bunker? if not rockstar is cooked

You can create crew only sessions or two crews session, in which you should be totally free to do stuff. As long as you don't join IGN or similar xD

I made a ticket with rockstar support. As soon as they get back to me I'll let you know if there's a fix ;O

I found a fix for this! Well it worked for me atleast and I hope it helps. From a public online server (where my properties would not show and were unaccessible), I went to find a new session, and clicked on a closed friend session. I was by myself on this server and my properties were available. Then going back to a public one I still had access to them. :)
