There have been unlocks and/or special vehicles in the past. I think it is a safe assumption there will be this year. But we won't know until the day of, obviously.

it was only the ugly green hat last year while it looks like you get the full outfit this year similiar to the gooch outfit

i doubt you will see something like celebration of russias 5th may celebration of victory over facists right now because you know it is complicated right now and tension are high
