Crying about representation are we? In a game, that has a character literally called Gay Tony and many more being at least openly bisexual? Sure. Why do people feel the need for LGBT+ representation in everything, most of all in videogames? Games are for escaping reality, you're trans, or lesbian, or gay 24/7, why would you need to be that in a game, where no one even cares about it? Players killing other players don't give two craps about your gender, you're just a number to them. "Oh my 156th kill today". Like who cares anymore if what's between your legs dangles, or not? Pretty much no one, they kill your character on sight and don't give a damn, that's the reality. If your gender matters, go play dating sim, or whatever. This is surely a wrong game for you.

The game isn't exactly new, and the OP should've already known the answer long before asking the question, as it's not as if there aren't tons of videos on Youtube.

You want options OP(?), then I'd suggest playing Cyberpunk 2077 which lets you customize your V character to your hearts content, which includes gender and preference. Otherwise, you can easily filter out games that don't have the content that you want.

Unfortunately, the issue is that this game's forum gets bombarded with ones who are usually farming awards and typing out trigger posts. With that said, it becomes very difficult to tell who's genuinely asking vs who's posting to get a reaction.
