Xbox one controller connected but not working(fix)

I just experienced an issue and as an experienced gamer i spammed the s!@# out of my options until i fixed it so hopefully if this helps a person or two then its a mission success in my mind. So an interesting anomaly occurred after my rig had been on and idle i play for a while and hop off for a few hours and launch again but my rig was never off and my power saving settings are set to never sleep as ive had things rendering on my rig before. No update happened the computer always had a wired power connection and my controller just stopped working. The controller connected to the pc and it was recognized by windows but some error had happened in the windows settings and it was connecting just not accepting inputs, the fix for this after a solid hour of messing with everything was setting the controller into pairing mode and attempting to "add a new bluetooth device" this may not work for everyone but i do constantly encounter a bluetooth error on windows 10 where i cannot remove or change the settings of a connected bluetooth device.
