Tampa is kind of trash. You can simply use something like armored kuruma+automatic sidearm and do the same thing while having good protection. Deluxo is slow af. Vigilante can be ok for og/doomsday heists.

they're different vehicles. The Vigilante is really good because it can take some explosions and still keep going. The same can't be said for the Deluxo, but the Deluxo has the most accurate homing missiles in the game. The Vigilante's are pretty good too, nothing to be upset or frustrated with (like the Sparrow or Mk2 Oppressor missiles).

However, I find the weaponized tampa to be the most commonly used car in my collection when it comes to completing missions where I need to have a make-shift/psuedo tank.. This missiles only fire forward, so you have to get them lined up right.. but what really makes the weaponized tampa great is it's researchable add-ons:

1) Rear facing Mortar cannon. This fires explosive mortars in an arc to the rear. The distance of the arc depends on how long you charge the firing button (to a max extent).

2) Plantable land mines. These can be dropped from the center of your car and activate once you've cleared. Allowing you to splode any one/thing that might be following.

3) Dual mini gun. This is personally my favorite part of the weaponized tampa as it has a good range, great firing rate, and great damage. This gun probably makes this car my most commonly used vehicle in a contact mission.

So until you finish your Bunker research for the above, the weaponized tampa's not going to be great, but it is worth it long term.

Edit: If all I had was 4 million, and was looking for which car to buy, I'd go with the Toreador. Four seater car with good homing missiles, boosters, and the ability to convert to (sub)marine operation..

IMO, the missiles you research for the APC are actually worse.. once you've fired a few, you have a reload period.. and you are limited to how many missiles your APC has (I think it's 40). If you just use the cannon, you have a shorter range, but you have an unlimited and uninterrupted firing rate.

What I don't really like about the APC is it's not a soloable vehicle.. and it's restricted from a number of missions.

Are there any chances of discounts on deluxo in future

This choice depends on what you are going to do with.

Tampa's armor plates are visual unfortunately. It doesnt block any bullets nor gives explosive resistance.

Weapon options on Tampa is good if you know how to use your health and the car.

Both Vigilante and Deluxo gets destroyed by a basic explosive too.

Vigilante is too big, doesn't take sharp curves properly.

Deluxo is my choice ngl.

APC requires 2 player for using it effectively.

if you're on a budget i would do deluxo+armored kuruma. while the tampa is nice for its ability to easily destroy vehicles, something you can't do while in the kuruma, for like 90% of missions where you would bring a tampa, the armored kuruma can fulfill the same role. and those savings can go towards buying the deluxo.

the deluxo is just a free roam PVE grinding monster. while the oppressor mk 2 is also a PVE grinding monster, and is faster than the deluxo, i like the deluxo more because it's cheaper, it carries 10 more missiles, it can hold a passenger (WHICH IS HUGE FOR AGENCY RESCUE OPERATION), and because it's easier to maneuver in the air. and if you do ever make a friend, you'll be happy you chose the 2 seater deluxo over the 1 seater oppressor.

and the APC isn't the *worst* weaponized vehicle for free roam missions solo. you can actually swap seats very fast to get into the turret. i use it a lot for dax's free roam missions ("fooligan" missions) because a lot of those you have to take out a big compound of enemies. hold H to swap seats by default.

i love my wep tampa, great for heists setups where you need to take out a ton of annoying npcs who have aimbot accuracy
