Getting tired of the constant launcher updates for every Rockstar game

No clue how often it is, but "feels" like every week all my installed Rockstar games are dropping an update for the worthless launcher. ♥♥♥♥ is getting annoying.

login stability and security is really all that matters.

It usually takes 10s. How long to you need to load game and go online ?

You know you have a Microsoft account, Steam, Rockstar, EA, Ubisoft, Blizzard, Epic...

Time isn't the point. Update to all launchers yesterday, posted about it being so frequent, then once again had more updates on them today... That's annoying lol.

I have like 550 games currently installed across my various drives, nothing touches the frequency.

The few patch notes I've been able to uncover generally just say "stability improvements" to the launcher, but you've said security fixes a damn near dozen times already like people are on the edge of waking up drained of their life savings. Relax. It's a game launcher, not a bank app, brokerage account, or an OS, and such.

admitting to security issues would be a security issue.
also tons of people here have lost their accounts and post almost on a daily basis. it is a real issue.

Launcher updates typically roll as you've said. You're talking to a wall. Rockstar does nothing wrong in their eyes and looking for arguments is something they very much love to do. Don't waste your time.

i don't see the issue, its been around 200mb every once in awhile and quickly corrected if need.
its not like you are needing to download 10gb of fixes every day or month or even quarter.

I only play rockstar games in single player so between gta 4 and 5 that's like 500 updates that are 100% useless to me by now.
The real issue is forcing us to use the frigging launcher in the first place, I used to bypass that crap long ago but off course they "fixed" the fix..

Same. I hate the launcher. I hate all game launchers though - even Steam.
