Sell for $0?

I just did the scrapyard mission for the jester RR. After I finished it kicked me out of my garage and wouldn't let me drive a vehicle or change my appearance. I assumed I was bugged, so I changed server. Now I have the jester RR and it says it can sell for $0 or scrap for $0, and the computer says the vehicle is "in progress." Has anybody else had this sort of issue?

Sounds like cheaters and/or a persistant bug. As they say, GTA Online is replete with cheaters :/ (But to answer your question, no I have no run into this personally, but I do not own an autoshop yet either)

Tried all this, didn't work. Tried doing another car because somebody online said that would fix it, but not only did it not fix the jester, but it deleted both vehicles. Now I'm out the cost of TWO scrapyard cars.

Maybe out the setup cost.. but the only thing you really lost was your time to complete the preps and mission.. To that degree, once the plug is pulled, all of the time we spend playing GTA is ultimately lost.. I doubt in a hundred years, anyone will be thanking us for our contributions for GTA Online and milestones achieved..

I don't see what kind of bearing this has on anything. Did you just come into this thread to spread pessimism? What did you do today that changed the world?

If you were playing in public sessions, it was cheaters screwing up the session. If you're going to do sell missions / jobs, go to a private session and do them there.

If you don't see the point, that's on you and your reading comprehension. You're not very conservative, and pretty squishy for someone that calls themselves librals nightmare.. I wasn't attacking you, I wasn't spreading pessimism.. I was saying that when all things are done, playing video games is entertainment and nothing more. You get nothing out of it. The chances of being notorized for an accomplishment from gaming centuries later are slim to none. In 2220, do you think people are going to remember Stephen King more or Willis Gibson? How about Rob Cohen vs Kyle Giersdorf?

I addressed software issues so my company's product works as expected.. No telling how many real estate agents were able to complete their work or how many buyers were able to find homes because of issues I helped fix.. but all said and done, every couple of weeks I'm compensated with a means to help reward others for their efforts and contributions to society.. like putting oil and fuel into an engine to keep it lubricated and running..
