megalodon shark bundle and criminal enterprise starter pack are missing downloadable contents

Hello GTA players. I ve got an issue. I bought on 10th february 2024 megalodon shark bundle pack when GTA 5 price was at sale because of the steam festival and even today I haven t received the content. Should i contact Rockstar game support or to request a steam product refund ? Any advice GTA players ?

CESP takes time, go play, wait longer - can take up to 72 (or even more) hours to arrive.

depends on when you started playing it, has 72 hours passed (you're rank 10 or higher?) then contact rockstar support.

i played it last time on february 19th and i received absolutely nothing. i don t want to deceive myself. I think i am disappointed.

Some of the content is Level or Mission Locked. I had the Same issue. $ from your Shark Card will be there. On the Main Menu theres an option for the Criminal starter Pack. That will show you where all the rewards are from.. Again Some is Locked even tho you have it in the pack. :)

incorrect. steam can not help with dlc and epic games can not help with dlc.

but this person clearly bought from steam as shown by his mouse icon.

Play game, you wont be able to purchase anything before level 10 .
Jump into adversary modes for fast rank up , or in invite only session go and check available jobs showed on map .
