Quite literally what they sound like, flying cars and bikes. The flying car is called Deluxo, and the flying bike is called Oppressor (and Oppressor Mk2). They both contain homing rockets and are generally quite fast

I agree with your stance, but powercreep has been a part of GTA:O for the longest time, so it's not the flying vehicles to blame. Generally if you don't like the power struggle, try to stick to private lobbies with a few friends, it's typically more fun that way too, given there's no griefers and exploiters

Correction: Rockstar ruined this game as much as cheaters did. The players are naturally going to use what the developer gives them. It's ultimately Rockstar's fault.

Not everybody wants to be a xenohobe or antisocial. Some people like to play public to meet people and have fun with others. Pretty hard to meet new friends whilst hiding away in closed sessions.
