I can't do ANY heist please help me

In the heist appartment :
-I'm rank 53
-lester calls me but doesn't text me
-No cutscenes have been triggered with lester
-I can see the green H in my appartment but I can't interact with anything except the radio
-I can only cancel the heist (which I can't create wtf ><)

In the Kosatka :
-I've done all the preliminary missions and when I launch the final phase my screen blurs and I can't do anything. I have to recreate a session.

What I tried to solve the problem:
-Empty the game cache
-Change the language
-Uninstall/reinstall the game
-Contact RockStar support (who just told me to repeat the 3 previous steps and closed my ticket)

I beg you to help me, Rockstar support is useless, I've been looking for answers on the internet for 6 months now and nothing has helped

Can you join heists (phone -> quick join -> heist)? Try doing one then seeing if you can make your own or even if you don't do all of it, I sometimes get a text telling me to continue heist which just creates a new heist when I go to it.

Have you never done a heist or did this start at a specific time and you can narrow down what triggered it perhaps (you said 6 months so kind of late for that)? What about on a different character? Different account? Different PC? Do normal quick join jobs work, what do you normally do?

Isolating where the problem occurs is the key to solving it. From the steps you mentioned, so far you can only say it's not the language settings or game install as long as you actually deleted the folder on top of Steam uninstall.

U trying to launch them from public sessions, or invite sessions? Public sessions are modded hellholes. Next time u start the game, go to story mode, and straight into a private session. (I strongly assume this is your issue.)

Still not working? Try going to Documents > rockstar > gta v > profile - one of these folders (user files?) Has a file named "cloudsavedata.dat". Try removing that file, and let the game load ur save off the server, and itll create a new local copy.

Still not working? Are u using a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mod menu? Stop using it, its garbage.

Still not working?... Then i can only assume u used a random stat editor and broke ur account... Ur on ur own. Undo whatever u did.

Normally, if u cant start any missions, from the heist board, its because something got bugged, and the game thinks ur already in a mission. Restarting (or going to story mode) fixes it... What ur describing is not something that should be persisting after restarts.

Yeah the irony of the guy, i don't know whether to laugh or cry uh.

I can't join the heists from my phone. I'm not getting the SMS either. I've never done a heist, in fact I'm relatively new to the game, i started Online with the criminal starter pack, so i usually do the Maze Bank West missions which consist of collecting crates and selling them afterwards. When i found out i could make heists i was really interested, but i've never managed to do any...
I tried with another character and another PC, same problem. i didn't try it with another account though, a bit lazy to buy the game again i must admit.

At the beginning i only played in public sessions, i didn't know that public sessions were rotten until i met crackheads!

I deleted "cloudsavedata.dat" but that didn't change anything.

I don't use and have never used any mods or stat editors.

I did a bit of role play on a FiveM server last year (approx. 20 hours) but i've since uninstalled and reinstalled my game. Could this be the reason? Would a guy modding in a public session be able to destroy my game like that?

Temporarily, yes. And its very common. (Idiots take 'script host' in the session, and then block all the game scripts 🤦.) But it shouldnt be persisting through restarts. Thats relatively unheard of. (Key word, relatively.)

I have a buddy who has a semi-broken account. When he looks at quick jobs in the phone, theres like 4 options (there should be like 20+). He can only join jobs that im hosting, if he's in my session when i launch them... He made a few epic accounts when the game was free, however, and they work fine. So he plays those more. (Point being, its 100% possible that its account specific, and not a system or corrupted install issue.)

We've been assuming he broke his own account. He did use free stat editors, and he edited everything (). Also his 2nd character isnt broken, so its not identical to your issue... However, every now and then exploits do appear, allowing cheaters to break other players accounts. So it cant be ruled out entirely.

Aside from begging R* to completely wipe the account as if it were fresh, im out of ideas, tbh. Hope u figure something out.

yeah just the usual cheater story too stupid to use its menu correctly and broke his acc by accident
