Cant play without internet connection

Is there a way to play offline or is it online only?

I don't why you couldn't play it without an internet connection, unless maybe it's your first time playing it and it needs to verify you own it.

Its not my first time it just gives and error that says it cant connect to rockstar games launcher and it closes

Already did that.Rockstar launcher still gives the same error.I dont know if its even possible to play offline.Never did it before

it is against forum rule to go into details about removal of the stupid id check which hunts honest player in a weekly ritual

so you have to be online once a week or you can't play offline
meanwhile R* also already used the help of certain individuals to remove dated drm(securom) from older products, because they were too lazy to pay or their employees were to lazy to work and simply used an already existing solution from the internet without really checking the files for credits of the creator

it already happened to many games in the 80's which ended on a ban index in germany under the names of hackers as their creators because the bureacrats were pretty clueless too.

That doesn't make sense because besides the base game theres also gta 5 online.That means I should be able to play it offline too.I'm sure some people do it just dont know how yet.I just have to bypass the rockstar launcher crap.

If you play a PIRATE games..no telling what will hapen during game play

You find a key in a pirate game..but the same game not pirate there is NO KEY

MISSIONS/levels won't let you finish to go to the next..or save game will FAIL
